No matter when I call, they respond within an hour or so (I mean all hours of the day/night) No matter how many changes we ask for - they do it no additional cost, and they listen and do it exactly the way you ask them to do. The price is unbeatable and the coins come out exactly as depicted on the proof. I have purchased 2 sets of coins and this experience was even better than the last!
